​Founded based on generations of herbal and natural wisdom within my family, Marble Arch Gardens brings the healing properties of nature to your hands by blending herbal science and art.  The extensive knowledge of cultivating and utilizing medicinal plants and herbs holistically came from my grandmother, who lived according to mother nature.  Her wisdom became the building blocks of Marble Arch Gardens; it has since been expanded on and refined through extensive research and the strong desire to share herbal health and wellness. Integrative nutrition with a holistic perspective to daily living is the foundation of my approach to wellness.

My background includes a Master of Healthcare Management, a graduate certificate in herbal studies, a wellness coach certificate, and  a masters degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health. As a lifetime apprentice of nature, my mission is simply to offer a healthy alternative to a range of basic, every day needs including remedies to be used at home as part of a holistic integrative health program.
